| Ground Transportation Procedures to/from Hickory Ridge: |

You will need to make your own reservation with
A-1 Airport Limousine before
your arrival at
the airport in Illinois. Call A-1
Limousine at 630-833-3788 ahead
of time for a reservation and to let the person
know
that you are with AGN. This will facilitate the
reservation process. You
will then get a confirmation number and can proceed
with
the
instructions
below upon your arrival to Midway or O’Hare Airport. You
will need to pay the driver when you arrive at
Hickory Ridge. Your return trip on the last day of class will be coordinated and paid for by AGN.

the last day of class, AGN-arranged transportation will be waiting at
Hickory Ridge at 2:30 p.m. for return
to the airports. (Do not make your own reservations for turn to the airports.) Ample time is needed
for transportation back to the airport and for
airport check-in. Return flights should be no
earlier than 5:30 p.m. |
Participants
who are driving will find the Conference Center
at 1195 Summerhill Drive, Lisle, Illinois. It
is located on Route 53 off of I-88. Visit

Hickory
Ridge, a AAA three diamond conference
center, is an all-inclusive facility. This
means sleeping rooms, two meals
per day, and the meeting room are all included
in the room rate. AGN attendees have
full use of the fitness center and recreation
facilities.
Offering fresh air and quiet surroundings near Chicago in the heart of the Lisle, IL corridor, Hickory Ridge Marriott Conference Hotel is set on 26 wooded acres. This established 80,000-sq-ft conference hotel facility in Dupage County offers well-appointed accommodations that include 383 comfortable guest rooms with a work desk, ergonomic chair and high-speed Internet. Resort-style amenities include a 2-level fitness center, walking trails, tennis, basket ball, racquetball, and golf next door.

AGN
reserves rooms at the Conference Center
from Sunday through Wednesday. You
may check-in at any time, however, attendance is required at the new Sunday evening activity/reception. Check-out
time is 12 noon. Hickory Ridge will store
your bags if you do not wish to take them
to the conference room with you on the
last day.
For
entertainment, an IMAX theater is nearby
along with several restaurants. Transportation can be arranged through the Front Desk at Hickory Ridge.
For
those who are staying at Hickory Ridge Saturday night, breakfast
and morning and afternoon snacks will be
included in the room rate. This does not
include alcoholic beverages. You
will be on your own for lunch and dinner. If
you choose to eat these meals at Hickory
Ridge, you will be responsible for the
cost.
Breakfast
and lunch are provided as part of the program,
and will be served in the Crossings
Restaurant. Sunday and Monday dinner will be provided by AGN and attendance is required.
You are on your own for dinner the last night. You are welcome to eat at Hickory Ridge, or you may want to try Clara's, Blue Moon, or Buffalo Wild Wing.
Restaurant suggestions in downtown Naperville include Sullivan's Steak House, Hugo's Frog Bar, or the Rosebud. Transporation MUST BE ARRANGED with the Front Desk at Hickory Ridge.
The
dining room at Hickory Ridge is open for three
meals per day,
seven days per week. Breakfast, lunch and sleeping
rooms are charged to AGN's master account. You are responsible for any incidental charges. |
