Staff Training Ground Transportation to/from the Q Center Level 1 - January '09 session Hotel Info / Ground TransportationAudit TrainingTax Training   Limousine Reservations Procedures to / from the Q Center: You will need to make your own reservation with A-1 Airport Limousine before your arrival at the airport in Illinois. Call A-1 Limousine at 630-833-3788 ahead of time for a reservation and to let the person know that you are with AGN. This will facilitate the reservation process. You will then get a confirmation number and can proceed with the instructions below upon your arrival to Midway or O’Hare Airport. You will need to pay the driver when you arrive at the Q Center. Your return trip on the last day of class will be coordinated and paid for by AGN. For your information: TO / FROM O’HARE AIRPORT – SHARED RIDE SERVICE $56.00 per person + $8.00 each additional person (not including gratuity) TO / FROM MIDWAY AIRPORT – SHARED RIDE SERVICE $70.00 for the 1st person + $8.00 each additional person (not including gratuity) **All rates above are valid between the hours of 4:30 am until 10:59 pm – any service provided before or after those hours will be an additional $10.00     Passenger Arrival Procedures: Upon arrival at either O’Hare or Midway Airport, please follow these procedures: 1. After arriving, please proceed to the baggage area and claim your luggage. 2. Go to any public pay phone and dial 1-800-354-5849 or 1-630-833-3788 from a cell phone and press #3 for airport dispatcher. Follow the prompts to get a dispatcher for the appropriate airport. PLEASE NOTE: this 800 number is a local number and only works in the Chicagoland area. Additionally, it will only work from cell phones with a Chicagoland area code. 3. If you have your confirmation number, give it to the dispatcher; otherwise, give the dispatcher your last name. 4. The dispatcher will tell you what door to go out of to find your limousine. Additionally, you will be given the license plate number and description of the vehicle. IMPORTANT NOTES: Have a pen and paper handy when you call the 800 number so that you can write down the information the dispatcher gives you.
