Future Leaders Training

This highly anticipated course is taught each summer by two outstanding leaders. They have volunteered to share their knowledge in a special 2½ day training program for partners with less than five years experience or those who have leadership potential. AGN members from around the world gather to learn from the instructors and each other.

Participants can expect to gain:

• Self-awareness – assessment and analysis of how each participant may best contribute to their firm's mission and objectives
  
  
• "We're running a business here" acumen – state-of-the-art approach to managing a CPA firm now and in the future
  
  
• "It's all about our people"– best practices in recruiting, retaining, coaching and developing our most important asset
  
  
• Insight into key leadership characteristics and greater knowledge of leadership concepts – principles applicable to all organizations and specifically to CPA firm partnerships
  
  
• Understanding that successful CPA firms are partnerships –- high individual partner performance standards create high performing firms
  
  
• Collaborating with their peers and group interaction opportunities around current best practices for building/operating a profitable professional services firm
