He has provided merger and acquisition consulting for the Resolution Trust Corporation and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, as well as private companies.Charlie received a Bachelor of Science Business Administration degree from East Carolina University in 1980, where he earned both wrestling and music scholarships.
