Atlanta, Georgia, Charlie is leading the Firm in its fifth decade

During

a speaker on such topics as firm management,
introducing ideas which he has implemented as managing partner at Windham
Brannon.Charlie's
areas of client service include corporate, partnership, and individual
taxation, litigation support, and IRS controversy.
He serves numerous companies
and their owners, providing advice that considers past performance but
places great emphasis on action plans for the future.As
a Certified Fraud Examiner, he has provided expert consulting
and witness services in large fraud cases. He has been
an expert in legal disputes
on lost profits, insolvency determination, financial projections, business
valuation,
income tax matters, professional malpractice, and claims administration
for class action settlements. Charlie has also supervised complex and
sensitive engagements for the U.S. Treasury Department
and the Office of Inspector
General.
He has provided merger and acquisition consulting for the Resolution
Trust Corporation and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation,
as well as private
companies.Charlie
received a Bachelor of Science Business Administration degree
from East Carolina University in 1980, where he
earned both wrestling
and music
scholarships.

He has specialized in the unique management and financing challenges of North West middle market companies for over thirty years. His background includes business ownership and operation for over twenty years, executive leadership responsibility for companies in the professional service, public accounting and automotive supply industries, and board and board advisory positions to numerous private company and non-profit organizations.
