reserves rooms at the hotel
from Sunday to Tuesday. You
may check-in at any time, however, attendance is required at the Sunday evening activity/reception. Check-out
time is 12 noon. The hotel will store
your bags if you do not wish to take them
to the conference room with you on the
last day.
If you choose to stay at BWI Airport Marriott Saturday night, meals are not
included in the room rate. If
you choose to eat these meals at the hotel, you will be responsible for the food cost as well as the room cost. |
