* This content is the same as delivered in our Level 4 program. The content is centered on the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI). This is a research based tool that explores the underlying motivations that drive behavior. The course prepares those in any type of supervisory or managerial role to understand their own motivations as well as the motivations of others. This base allows supervisors and managers to structure communications and actions to build strong, cohesive, motivated, and productive teams.
** This content is the same as delivered in our Level 5 program. The content is centered on resolving conflict and uses research based assessments and tools to aid in providing the participants an understanding of managing minor and significant workplace conflicts.
Both of the modules that have been taken from other levels for the 2011 course would be replaced with other content in future years to avoid duplication. The authors believe that these modules have such benefit to potential managerial level employees that it is appropriate in the first year of offering this training track to provide an opportunity to experience this material.
