Jennings Hastings, Director of Operations of Faw, Casson & Co., LLP, is a member of the National Peer Review Committee of the American Institute for Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

The National Peer Review Committee is designed to review and evaluate those portions of a firm’s accounting and auditing practice that are not inspected by the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), (i.e., the non SEC issuer practice), so firms can meet their state licensing, federal regulatory, and/or AICPA membership requirements.

During his career, Jennings has provided business consulting, tax and accounting services for over 35 years. He possesses extensive experience in the construction, land development and manufacturing industries. Jennings is also accredited in Business Valuation by the AICPA.

Joining Faw, Casson & Co. in 1979, Jennings became a partner in 1981 and has served as the firm’s managing partner since 2001. The firm presently has offices in Dover, Delaware and Ocean City, Maryland.

Jennings has served as President of the Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce, Dover Downtown Rotary Club and Delaware Society of CPAs. He also is active in the Greater Dover Committee and is the first President of the Greater Dover Foundation.
