Partner at MDA Professional Group, P.C. in Huntsville, Chuck Adams serves as the past president of the Alabama Society of CPAs and is a member of the ASCPA Council.

Chuck has also served on the Peer Review Committee for many years, served as a member, Treasurer, and Chairman of Council for the Alabama Society, and as Chairman of the Auditing Standards Committee and Accounting Principals Committee.

At MDA, Chuck specializes in the areas of construction, utilities, manufacturing, local governments and not-for profit organizations. He also performs Peer Reviews on other CPA firms around the country. Chuck was in charge of the special work performed by the MDA Huntsville office for the Madison County Circuit Court regarding one of the largest securities frauds in Alabama history.

Chuck is active in the local community and civic work serving on the board of directors of the local Habitat for Humanity affiliate from 1992 – 2000, and presently serving on the board of the CASA (Care Assurance System for the Aging and Homebound). He is a member of the Greater Huntsville Rotary Club and a former member of the Huntsville Kiwanis club.
