Following the morning break, the General Session continues with questions and answers with Stuart Varney for 30 minutes. Then we will have an Update on Key Professional Issues from 10:35 a.m. until noon. (The A&A Sharegroup will have in-depth GAAP and AICPA update presentations on Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning.)

You are encouraged to attend the MAP sessions that interest you. Please be aware that the MAP sessions run concurrently with the Sharegroup sessions. Therefore, you must choose between MAP and technical sessions. (Board members are expected to register for the MAP sessions.)

The Hyatt Regency Scottsdale at Gainey Ranch is now totally sold out for Saturday, May 14. As an alternative for Saturday night, across the street from the Hyatt is the Gainey Suites (less than a 10 minute walk).
You may call to confirm reservations at the following special rate structure. Rates will be honored for guests extending their stay pre- or post through the event date of Saturday, May 14, 2011.

Reservation Procedures
You may call to reserve accommodations with the Reservation Department at (480) 922-6969 or toll free (800) 970-4666. Please ask for the AGN rates when making reservations. As the hotel is offering discounted rates to our members based upon availability, and not actually holding rooms, we encourage you to call and to make reservations at your earliest convenience. The hotel can adjust arrival and departure dates with no penalties, based upon your travel arrangements. It is recommended you call between the regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. MST, Monday through Friday. These rates will not be available for any on-line bookings or through any website. You must call the hotel directly in order to get these special rates and to get in the group block.
All reservations must be guaranteed for arrival with a credit card. Individual reservation cancellations may be made up to 72 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to arrival will result in a room and tax charge for one night. |

| Conference Fees |
Conference fees will be finalized and published. The established Board's policy regarding meeting pricing will be followed: The fixed costs (speaker fees and travel, AV, etc.) of the Board and Sharegroup meetings will be totaled and divided among all member firms and billed in advance. Firms will receive a bill for 1/49th of those costs a few weeks prior to the meeting. Participation costs for meals, social events, spouse/guest events, etc. will be billed following the meeting.
Last year's conference costs were approximately $790 per person including Sunday, Monday and Tuesday night social events (does not include the cost for hotel room and travel expenses). This year's costs could be higher and are dependent on the number of participants. |

The EBP-Audits Sharegroup is meeting in conjunction with the AICPA Employee Benefit Plan Conference in Las Vegas (May 2-4 at the Aria Hotel). The » EBP-Audits Sharegroup Meeting « will begin at 1 p.m. with a working lunch for an information exchange about the just-completed AICPA conference.
The Marketing Sharegroup is meeting in conjunction with the AAM Summit in Chicago (June 7-10 at the Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park Hotel). The » AGN-NA Marketing Sharegroup Member Sharing « session will be held preceding the AAM conference (June 6 from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.).
The IT Sharegroup is meeting in conjunction with the AICPA Tech Conference in Las Vegas (June 13-15 at the Aria Hotel). The » AGN-NA IT Roundtable « will begin immediately following the conclusion of the AICPA Conference (June 15-17).
AGN website login credentials are required to register for the NARM. Contact the webmaster if you don't know your login credentials. You may register someone else in your firm by using your own login credentials; just follow the instructions on the registration page.
