To make your reservations at the Grove Park Inn
Go to www.groveparkinn.com, then:

1. Click on Make Reservations at top right of the screen
2. Click on the Group Reservations box at the lower right of the screen
3. Select Arrival and Departure dates
4. Enter number of Guests per room
5. Very Important - Enter Group Code 68R31V
6. Click on Check Availability
7. Select Room Type
8. Continue with Guest Information, Credit Card, etc., scroll to the bottom, click on Confirm Reservation

Check-in time is at 4 p.m. and check-out time is at 11 a.m.

Smoking Rooms and Policies
Most guest rooms at the resort are nonsmoking. Smoking rooms should be requested when making your reservations. For the continued comfort of nonsmoking guests, please refrain from smoking in the nonsmoking guest rooms. A fee of $250 will be placed on your account as a result of smoking in a nonsmoking guest room. Designated smoking areas are located in the terraces and parking garages.

Charming and romantic, all the guest rooms in the historic Main Inn (opened in 1913) were recently refurbished for extra comfort. These are rooms of great character and detail, containing original solid oak Arts & Crafts-era furnishings with hand-hammered copper Roycroft drawer pulls.

You may choose to stay in the Main Inn or the contemporary wings. No matter which type of room you choose, you will be treated to remarkable Grove Park style. From the exclusive Kingsdown plush-top mattresses to windows that open to the fresh mountain air, every detail of your room has been designed to make your stay a comfort and a delight. Additional features include free wireless Internet access (wireless card required) microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and pay-per-view movies and video games.

Children under 16 stay free in room with parent or adult (except for Club Floor where guests must be at least 18 years of age). Non-smoking and Handicap Accessible rooms are available. Social rates are European Plan (no meals included), and do not include state and local taxes. The tax rate on rooms is currently 11%. Information stated here is subject to change.
