These instructions are from the Asheville Regional Airport to the Grove Park Inn (a 25 minute drive)
Asheville Regional Airport has daily nonstop service to Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Cincinnati, Detroit, Houston, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Newark, and Raleigh/Durham. Primary airline carriers are Continental, Delta, Northwest and US Airways.
Transportation has been arranged from the Asheville Regional Airport to the Grove Park Inn and the Renaissance via Accents on Asheville. Reservations are required, and must be paid for in advance. Cancellations are fully refundable up to 48 hours before arrival, otherwise your credit card will be charged. Reservations cannot be made without complete flight information. Accents on Asheville accepts American Express, MasterCard and Visa. Indicate on your reservation form if you are staying at the Renaissance.
Use the fax/mail-in form to make your reservations; phone-in reservations are not accepted.
The Accents on Asheville driver will meet you curbside, at the Commercial Ground Transportation area of the Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) with a sign
that reads “AGN-NA” and/or your “Last Name.” This service is provided at a rate of $40 per-person one way, or $80 round-trip, and
includes driver gratuity. Airport Transfers are due 7 days in advance of your arrival, and phone reservations are not accepted. If
your flight information changes at the last moment, please call the Accents on Asheville airport dispatcher at 828-251-9013.

Directions to The Grove Park Inn Resort & Spa:
- From I-26 or I-40, take I-240 into Asheville
- Take exit 5B, Charlotte Street
- Proceed north on Charlotte Street for approximately .7 mile
- Turn right on Macon Avenue and continue for .8 mile
- The Grove Park Inn Resort & Spa entrance will be to your left

Business casual (and comfortable shoes) will be appropriate attire for all conference events. Please remember that hotel air conditioning systems are prone to fluctuation. You may wish to bring a jacket or sweater to the sessions to ensure your comfort.
Conference fees will be finalized and published. The established Board's policy regarding meeting pricing will be followed: The fixed costs (speaker fees and travel, AV, etc.) of the Board and Sharegroup meetings will be totaled and divided among all member firms and billed in advance. Firms will receive a bill for 1/51st of those costs a few weeks prior to the meeting. Participation costs for meals, social events, spouse/guest events, etc. will be billed following the meeting.
All conference materials, including registration packet, can be picked up Sunday - Tuesday, May 16 - 18; exact location and times will be announced closer to the conference dates. Name badges must be worn to all events.
Conference presentations will be posted to this site as they are received, and will require login to the Members Only section.
Technical Sessions:
Written cancellations received before 5:00 pm US Mountain Time on FRIDAY, MAY 7, 2010 will not incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations received after that time will result in a cancellation fee of costs incurred by AGN-NA.
Social Events:
If you must cancel a registration for any social or companion event for you and/or your companion, please do so by MAY 7, 2010. We must guarantee numbers to our vendors in advance. These numbers can be raised, but not lowered. Therefore, if you cancel after MAY 7 or onsite, your firm will be billed as if you and/or your companion had attended.
Breakfast is open to all AGN attendees and their companions Monday - Wednesday from 7 - 9 a.m. This is a wonderful opportunity for your companion to get to know other AGN companions, welcome new members' companions, and see dear friends. A Monday companion tour is planned (see Social Program), with Tuesday as free time so all companions may do whatever they wish.
