Learning Objectives:

The overall program’s objective is to provide organizational learning processes that are collaborative and iterative so as to expand participants’ knowledge in the critical technical areas of accounting, auditing and tax, as well as enhancing their leadership skills in teaching, interacting and developing their staff and future firm leaders.

Must be a firm partner or manager and have staff supervision responsibilities.
