[MKT0519-3] STRATEGIC PLANNING . . . (1:15 - 3:00 pm)

CPE: 2.00 credit hours - Marketing

STRATEGIC PLANNING: BRAND DESIGN FOR BUSINESS ADVANTAGE
Marketers of professional services face significant challenges to developing clear brands. This session will provide insights into how brand design is being and can be used in the context of professional services to create high-performance businesses.

Attend this session and you will learn:
• The steps to building a high-performance strategic plan
• How brand design correlates to business performance
• How to measure the performance of your brand and compare it to your competitors
• How to integrate brand design into your strategic planning and to organize brand design programs within your organization
• How to use brand design to shape the client perceptions that lead to purchase behavior
