AGN-NA Elects Officers - Effective January 1, 2012
Bill Goodman, President & Director of Schenck SC in Appleton, WI, was elected as Chair of the AGN-NA Board of Directors/Executive Committee at the November 2011 Board meeting in Chicago. Also elected as Secretary was Gary Katz, Managing Partner of Logan Katz LLP in Ottawa. Continuing to serve as officers are: Bob Oster of Concannon Miller in Bethlehem, PA as Vice Chair; Chris Judy of Thomas Judy & Tucker in Raleigh, NC as Treasurer; and Warren Barnes of Kernutt Stokes in Eugene, OR as Immediate Past Chair. We thank Gary Fitzgibbon (outgoing Immediate Past Chair) of Adams & Miles in Toronto for his five years of service on the Executive Committee.

International Updates
All AGN International contact partners have been sent a questionnaire regarding IFRS/ISA expertise. This questionnaire needs to be completed and returned to Marlijn Folkers by December 31, 2011.

Reminder - Complete the Referral Report and Annual Report requested by the International office. Re: the Referral Report – only business referred to and from firms in other countries must be listed. No intra-country referrals should be recorded. Contact Marlijn for further information.

2012 AGN WORLD DIRECTORIES
The London and Denver offices are coordinating this effort and have been in contact with the appropriate staff at each firm. New directories will be printed and distributed in January 2012.
