Ritzert will be responsible for the firm’s strategic growth initiatives as well as leadership and mentoring to the firm’s audit team members. He joins the firm’s SEC Practice Division and specializes in services for public company clients as well as growth-oriented privately held companies.
Ritzert possesses more than 20 years of public accounting experience with international firms including of Ernst & Young, LLP, working in their Tampa, New York and European offices, and most recently with the Chicago office of Grant Thornton, LLP. He has served a broad range of industries including consumer products, manufacturing, distribution, telecommunications and technology companies. He has extensive SEC experience including initial public offerings, secondary offerings and private placement (144A) transactions of debt and equity securities.
