AGN International - North America Welcomes Washington Firm

P.S., one of Seattle’s
leading local CPA firms, has been admitted to membership in AGN
International, Ltd., one of the world’s foremost associations
of independent CPA, accounting and consulting firms.
“Clothier & Head’s niche focus and progressive management
structure are a great addition to AGN-NA,” said Larry
Kuechler,
Chairman of AGN International – North America, Inc., and member
of the executive committee of Berger/Lewis Accountancy Corporation,
San Jose, California.
“With the addition of Clothier & Head, we’ve filled
the gaps we had in the Northwest,” Kuechler said, adding that
AGN admitted Kernutt Stokes Brandt & Co., LLP in Eugene, Oregon
two years ago.
The 34-year-old firm becomes AGN’s 55th North American
member firm and the third firm admitted in the last five months.
Clothier & Head has six shareholders and total staff of 51 in
one office in downtown Seattle. The firm specializes in consulting
to the hospitality industry, auto dealerships and professional
services firms, as well as providing traditional auditing and tax services.
The firm also provides business valuation, fraud and forensics
and financial services.
